Pronto-Plates
Polyester Laser Plate. Designed specifically to work with the HP5000. Go direct from your laser
printer to press. No etch or activator needed (no hazardous chemicals). Sizes range from 8-1/2"x15"
up to 18"x24". Run lengths with the HP5000 range from 5,000 to 15,000 impressions. Pronto-Plate chemistry is available. Pronto-Plate Cleaner to remove any unwanted toner scatter. Pronto-Plate
Starter to help with rapid roll-up and keep the plate wet on press. Pronto-Plate Deletion Fluid used
to remove any unwanted image. Universal Pronto-Fount Plus is a fountain solution that is designed
to work specifically with the Pronto-Plates (it can also be used with other plate systems) and
keeps the Ph balance between 4.5 & 5.5 for maximum run length. Pronto-Plate Fountain
Conditioner is used in dampening systems that require alcohol or where alcohol has been used.

Paper Pak
We sell three types of paper packing, SunPak, Reigal Paper Pak and EZ-Pak. The SunPak and
Reigal Paper Pak (available in .002, .003, .004, .005, .006, .007, .008, .009, .010, .011, .012, .014,
.015 & .016 mil) are both high quality paper packing made by Sunshine Paper and converted by Cartolith. We offer quick turnaround and virtually all thickness stocked in our two locations. EZ-Pak (available in .003, .004, .005, .006, .007, .008, .010, .012, & .016 mil) is a color coded paper manufactured by Marks in Germany. Each thickness is color coded for ease of use. All of our
papers are coated with water-repellent properties.

Plate-Pak
Polyester packing materials that are true gauges. For use as an underpacking sheet between the cylinder of the press and the plate. 100% Polyester that won't rip or tear and will last approximately
100 times longer than paper. (Available in .001, .002, .003, .004, .005, .0064, .0075, .010 &.014 mil)
(Formerly know as Printpak.)

Perma-Pak
Adhesive coated polyester press pack. With our light, low-adhesive tack this allows for no slippage
or creeping of packing , material. Material lasts longer on press and leaves no residue. Material is
also re-positionable and will not shrink or stretch. (Available in .002, .003, .004, .005, .006, .007,
.008, .009, .010, .012, .014, .016, .018 & .020 mil)

EZ-Mat Clean-up sheets
Our clean-up sheets are for trouble free press roller clean-up for small offset presses. Our material
is highly absorbent, two-sided and lint free. We have over 70 standard sizes that we cut and punch ourselves. If non-standard size is needed, we are able to make any size as long as a template is supplied.

Poly-Kleen Skid Covers
Skid covers to protect the printed sheets from temperature changes, dirt and dust. Sizes range
from 11"x17" up to 55"x77".

Tipped Polyester to Print On
Single or double tipped polyester to be used on offset presses. Any size cut to order.
(Available in .003, .004, .005, .007 & .010 mil)

Proofing Paper
Proofing papers are used to take full strike-offs of the actual mounted plates. They are used to
insure proper registration, copy and plate quality. We offer a high hold out un-coated paper. It is
smooth and uniform and accepts ink well.

Polycarbonates
Polycarbonate graphic films are available from Cartolith. We supply gauges .005"-.030" thick.
Standard 24"x48" sheets, custom cut sheets and rolls up to 48" wide are readily available. Our
films offer superior performance in applications that require optical, thermal, mechanical and
electrical characteristics. Instrument panel overlays, decals, labels, backlit displays, menu
boards, thermoformed parts and die-cut items are typical applications.
